18 Jul - Fairport Harbor

This is where the Saints entered Ohio. They came by boat. We came by bus. We visited the lighthouse and saw the marker commemorating the importance of the harbor to the Saints migration to Kirtland.

At the lighthouse site was a grassy knoll. Shirley, Tricia, and Haydon couldn’t resist the temptation to roll down the hill.
