This was built along a brook emptying into the Chagrin River to accommodate the massive growth of Kirtland as the Saints poured in. They had a fairly modern set up for their time and were able to produce lumber for the temple and their homes. Here you see the saw, lathe, and unfinished pulpits for the temple.
