24 Jul - Mark Twain Memorial Bridge

We walked on the old bridge on the way to the lighthouse. The original bridge was built in the early 1900’s and was dedicated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. It was torn down in 2001 when a new, higher and more modern bridge replaced it in 2000.
